Ralph Heun, a 38-year resident of New Berlin, will be blogging about issues of concern to the New Berlin Citizens for Responsible Government, an organization that promotes fiscal responsibility among all units of government.
The people of New Berlin wish to thank all the July 4th Commissioners for their hundreds of hours of service to produce this spectacular event. We also wish to remember all the service people who have made this event possible for the past 232 years.
