State Senator Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin) represents parts of four counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Walworth. Her Senate District 28 includes New Berlin, Franklin, Greendale, Hales Corners, Muskego, Waterford, Big Bend and parts of Greenfield, East Troy, and Mukwonago. The state Senate killed the Coercive Abortion Bill

During the past legislative session, I co-authored the Coercive Abortion Bill that would have prevented women from being forced into having an abortion.
The bill passed by a healthy margin in the state Assembly. However, the state Senate refused to take up the bill or even schedule a public hearing.
